Scope of project

To supply and install all solar equipment. This included the design of steel structure which will support the panels. This structure was designed to have two tilt settings. The panels are tilted at 30 degrees in the summer and 45 degrees in the winter. The steel structure was built and installed by a local engineering company.

Project equipment supplied

18 x 175 watt solar panels = 3150 watts, Steel structure for panels, Outback Flexmax 80A MPPT charge controller, 3Kw Outback Inverter/charger,12 x 750 amp/hr 2v deep cycle mining batteries and all wiring and accessory equipment.
